About the Position:

• Lead small- to mid-scale projects with growing independence from programming through closeout.
• Apply strong engineering judgment to maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Mentorship and Technical Influence:

• Mentor and support engineers through hands-on guidance and structured feedback.
• Contribute to training and knowledge by engaging in design reviews and cross-discipline discussions.
• Improve the TEECOM system by identifying gaps in templates, tools, and processes.

What Success Looks Like:

• Deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs on mid- to large-size projects with increasing independence.
• Maintain disciplined documentation across drawings, specifications, and decision logs.
• Strengthen team capability by mentoring Designers and engineers through clear technical guidance.
