Job Description
Lead the product design team for the 1Password Growth initiatives. Connect together projects and goals with a focus on end-to-end experiences to leverage business growth from deployment to expansion. Partner with Product Management, Research, Data, Engineering, and Marketing counterparts to understand the domain, drive experiments, product strategy and ensure clear goals and priorities for the team. Build, mentor, and develop solid product designers. Plan design team performance, workload, and career development. Collaborate with design leadership to connect the dots across teams and cultivate department-wide culture and standards.
