What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Director of Product to define the user experience vision and design strategy.
- Lead customer discovery alongside the product team.
- Take complex problems and turn them into simple product experiences.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience researching, designing, and shipping DaaS software products.
- Experience partnering directly with senior product leaders to shape strategy.
- Strong user research skills with the ability to synthesize customer insights.
