Inside Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

• Dial out to up to 30 homeowners an hour while managing heavy inbound call flow.
• Document and track all set appointments to ensure future customer activity meets company standards.
• Manage high call volume while multitasking through various systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a metrics-driven sales mindset.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must live in Indiana and complete the 6-8 week paid remote training.

Compensation and Schedule:

• $20/hr base pay with an uncapped commission structure based on appointments set.
• Must work some morning and evening shifts, including one weekend shift weekly and at least one shift until 10:30pm.
• Operating hours are Monday-Friday 7:50am-10:30pm and weekends 8:50am-8pm, with non-consecutive days off.
