General Manager, HRIS and Engage

Deel is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead and expand our HRIS and Engage business. As the General Manager of HRIS and Engage, you will own the business's P&L and drive its growth and execution strategy. Lead a cross-functional team and spearhead the vision and strategy for the HRIS and Engage business, ensuring alignment with customer needs and leveraging domain expertise in HR. Provide hands-on leadership and demonstrate product depth, getting involved directly in execution to drive the business forward. Drive P&L performance and develop comprehensive business strategies, leveraging cross-functional leadership to foster alignment and achieve aggressive growth targets. Partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs, with a focus on HRIS and Engage within HR tech. Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution.
