Clinical Technical and Sales Specialist – Cochlear Implants & Acoustics Italy (Northwest)

Sales & Business Development:

Grow the Cochlear Implants and Bone Conduction business in the region.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons and audiologists.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Technical & Clinical Support:

Provide pre-, intra-, and post-surgical technical support in hospitals and clinics.

Train healthcare professionals on Cochlear implants and acoustics technology.

Advise clinics on documentation, best practices, and clinical studies.

Customer & Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, ENT Surgeons and Audiologists.

Support clinics in tendering processes and procurement negotiations.

Manage activities and insights through Salesforce Health Cloud CRM.
