Clinical Manager

Accountabilities:

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate Nurse Practitioners and other clinical team members.
• Oversee clinical documentation, workflow improvements, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical goals, policies, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing and 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• 2+ years of leadership experience and demonstrated functional medicine expertise.
• Telemedicine experience and proficiency with EHR systems.
