Job Description

Provide phone and email support for vehicle valuation services customers, consumers, and internal teams at J.D. Power. This role provides front line support and will be the face of J.D. Power vehicle valuations. Responsibilities include answering inbound phone and email inquiries, providing support and sales information to current and potential customers. Also, provide support to valuation services team members and internal J.D. Power team members. The work schedule is during the week from 9:30am-6:00pm EST (8:15am-6:15pm EST during training).
