Job Description

The Sr. Director of Sales Operations is responsible for architecting and executing the next evolution of Woolpert’s sales infrastructure! This senior role is pivotal to enabling scalable growth, enhancing sales effectiveness, and empowering the Global Sales Team through systems, analytics, and performance governance. Responsibilities include sales strategy & planning, process & performance enablement, technology & systems ownership, data, analytics, & insights, and team leadership & collaboration. The role involves partnering with the CGO and business line leaders to drive sales planning, lead the design and implementation of sales forecasting, territory modeling, pipeline health reviews, and performance KPIs, and establish segmentation and coverage models. Building and maintaining sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, creating a culture of continuous improvement, owning and optimizing the use of CRM and reporting tools, building a data-driven reporting engine, and fostering partnership with various teams are also key aspects.
