Job Description
The Compliance Analyst will:
- Assist in compliance and risk assessment programs related to regulations.
- Oversee daily flags in KYC, CIP, Suitability, PEP, and Sanctions.
- Update supervisory procedures, surveillance programs, and employee education programs.
Tasks include:
- Monitoring reporting and handling regulatory issues.
- Coordinating the Annual CEO Certification report.
- Reviewing marketing and sales material and communications.
Additional responsibilities:
- Onboarding new hires, including U-4 and fingerprinting duties.
- Supporting compliance program enhancements and responses to regulatory reviews.
