Responsibilities include: Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators. Qualifications of the candidate include 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, operations, etc.
