• Float Health is building the marketplace for specialty pharmacy.
• The mission is to make healthcare safer, easier, and more efficient by moving care to the home.
• Float connects nurses with patients for in-home treatments of chronic conditions.

The Role:

• This is a high-autonomy role with low red tape.
• You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You'll turn ambiguous problems into shipped products and see impact quickly.

What you’ll do:

• Own and ship high-impact features end-to-end.
• Work directly with nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal ops.
• Identify and drive technical initiatives around code quality and observability.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $230,000 per year.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and paid parental leave.
