Job Description
We are looking for a UX Designer with strong systems thinking skills who can establish and maintain a scalable design system, collaborate across disciplines, and bring a technical mindset to user problems. The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex systems and in novel problem spaces. Must have a strong portfolio that reflects polished visual design, thoughtful execution, and consistent craft. Be prepared to explain design decisions in portfolio work that reflects shipped, real world products.
This designer should be comfortable exploring AI tools to increase efficiency and support innovative design workflows. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a design system; translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences; partnering with product, engineering, and data teams; creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs; driving alignment with leadership; conducting user research; working closely with engineers; and exploring new design and AI tools.
