Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Business Partnering: Develop an in-depth understanding of Pharmacy, Clinical, and Customer Experience (CX) operations to drive unit-level margins and efficiencies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key operational metrics across Felix, ensuring data integrity for all business units.
- Capacity Modelling: Design and maintain labour models to scale our Pharmacy, Clinical and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
FP&A & Strategic Support Activities:
- Financial Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Board Relations: Assist in the preparation of reporting packages and strategic analysis for Board Meetings.
- Systems & Processes: Improve finance systems and infrastructure to drive departmental efficiencies as the team scales.
