Looking for a contract Technical Sourcer to support the recruiting team in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering and technical talent. This role is contract-based and requires working PST hours. You’ll be instrumental in building strong pipelines and driving top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for technical roles across the company. Responsibilities include partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs for engineering, data, and product roles. Source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Craft personalized outreach messages that drive high response rates, maintain organized pipelines and track progress in the applicant tracking system, and deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
