Job Description
The Senior CRM Marketing Manager will lead the design and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey. This role involves working cross-functionally with project teams, marketing peers, sales, and other internal partners to set up and execute various campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion). This also includes providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates, partnering closely with various departments to align on product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the entire lifecycle, as well as tracking SLAs and ensuring efficiencies in campaign delivery. The role involves ad-hoc projects and initiatives as part of strike teams, to support the business with new initiatives as we continue to scale.
