Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients at hospitals and healthcare systems to implement Get With The Guidelines programs and certifications.
- Consult with hospital teams to identify compliance issues and optimize program value.
- Collaborate with state departments of health and regional partners to improve cardiovascular and stroke systems of care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus three years of experience in acute care hospital clinical quality improvement.
- Familiarity with cardiovascular disease, stroke, and systems of care.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and interpersonal communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $68,300 to $92,600 per year, commensurate with experience.
