Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the assigned portfolio strategy, ensuring programs meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Manage program operations, budgets, and resource allocation while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and track KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement to enhance program impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in food service, nutrition, or quality improvement.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic relationships with external stakeholders and industry partners.
- Experience in developing program metrics, evaluation frameworks, and scaling new initiatives.
