Crop Adjuster Intern

Requirements:

• Must be a currently-enrolled sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Agriculture (May 2027 graduates not eligible).
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; basic agriculture knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer relationships and interpersonal skills by observing Territory Sales Managers and interactions.
• Gain understanding of MPCI and Private Products; assist with claims and adjusting.
• Learn agricultural practices, crop loss procedures, and Precision Technology; deliver a Capstone presentation.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in Iowa for the internship duration.
• Physically able to climb, walk uneven terrain, bend, squat, lift up to 50 pounds, stand without rest.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, reliable vehicle; 75% travel possible.
