**Role Overview:**
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for a portfolio of finance SaaS platforms.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and reconciliation improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance technology product managers, providing strategic direction and coaching.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate finance business priorities into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to decide build, buy, integrate, or optimize solutions.
- Manage vendor strategy, including platform evaluations, renewals, SLAs, and technology spend optimization.
**Qualifications:**
- 8+ years in product management or finance transformation, with 2+ years managing people.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP, EPM/CPM, or finance SaaS platforms like procure-to-pay or order-to-cash.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, SOX, and data quality.
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with AI-enabled transformation or intelligent automation.
- Background in public tech companies, M&A integrations, or enterprise finance ecosystems.
