Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage participant onboarding, engagement, and retention for BLJTI programs.
- Lead outreach to organizations and partners to promote programs.
- Track and report participant progress and outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience with LMS, adult education, and project management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to Black liberation and climate justice.
Position Terms:
- Full-time, 12-month temporary with potential permanent.
- Remote work with travel for retreats.
- Salary $70k-$75k per year with benefits.
