Head of Business Operations

This role is central to building the systems, processes, and culture that allow Doctronic's team to operate with excellence while the company grows rapidly. The Head of Business Operations will lead core business operations, ensuring smooth execution across HR, finance, and company processes. They will oversee HR functions, manage accounting and financial operations, partner with the founders to amplify and reinforce company culture, build and optimize processes and frameworks, drive data-informed decision making, and support vendor management.
