Regulatory Calendar Management & Oversight:
- Drive the maintenance and oversight of the enterprise-wide regulatory calendar.
- Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of Corporate Compliance-owned regulatory reports.
- Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all regulatory submissions.
Regulatory Change Management:
- Perform proactive daily monitoring and analysis of emerging state and federal healthcare legislation.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments of new regulations on the ICHRA line of business.
- Facilitate the development of comprehensive response and implementation plans.
Risk-based Oversight and Auditing:
- Design, execute, and document risk-based oversight tasks and internal audits.
- Analyze compliance data, identify trends and systemic risks, and report findings.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and data related to all oversight tasks and findings.
