What You’ll Do:
- Provide guidance for Affirm’s Product and Operations teams on applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve financial services marketing materials to ensure they comply with regulations.
- Support responses to regulatory and bank-partner inquiries, audits, and examinations.

- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory trends that impact Affirm’s business.
- Ability to research and investigate where knowledge is lacking, building subject matter expertise.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
