Network Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-impact, senior-level network engineering and support, optimizing complex infrastructures for enterprise clients.
• Offer occasional on-site support at the Downers Grove, Illinois office, requiring travel and equipment transportation.

Qualifications:

• Possess CCIE (Routing & Switching) certification or equivalent hands-on expertise in enterprise network environments.
• Demonstrate proven ability in troubleshooting complex network issues and experience mentoring junior team members.
• Maintain excellent communication, customer-facing skills, and a valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance.
