Responsibilities:
- Handle network incidents and service requests according to SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, site connectivity, and datacenter links.
- Administer basic firewall rules on Cisco ASA and FMC.
Qualifications:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent.
- Strong practical understanding of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, and DNS/DHCP.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow/NEO-ITSM for ticketing and documentation.
