Responsibilities:
- Works independently to manage the enterprise’s computer, phone, video, and internet networks.
- Consults with users to determine system requirements for hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
- Designs and implements network hardware and software configurations and upgrades.
Customer Support:
- Provides support services for Headquarters, hospitals, and members of the Boards of Trustees and Directors.
- Provides tier 3 support for other teams within the IS Department and hospitals.
Documentation, Monitoring, and Reporting:
- Establishes and maintains general policies, procedures, and technical configurations.
- Proactively monitors and manages network health and performance using various monitoring tools.
