Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions. Co-ordinate with multiple Bell teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services. Build knowledge of the specific products within their business group and understand how the critical end-to-end processes fit together. Continually seek ways to improve internal processes - Identify problems and help solve them.
