Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect team serves as the technical bridge between sales and customer success, architecting compensation solutions that align with each customer's unique HRIS ecosystem, data infrastructure, and business requirements. As a Solutions Architect on the Pave team, you'll partner with sales to design and demonstrate how our compensation platform transforms complex pay data into actionable insights, while ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing HR tech stacks and workflows. You will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to drive complex sales cycles and create customized product demonstrations.
