Senior Product Manager, Colombia

This is a Senior Product Manager position in Colombia. You will be in charge of leading and managing the complete product development lifecycle on a larger scale, encompassing the product and business strategy for an entire value stream or a portion of the contract. The primary mission is to ensure the development and launch of innovative, high-quality products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, in the development and launch of new products or the strategic deployment of a value stream. Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into a simple business-driven product strategy. Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and working collaboratively with other Senior Managers to allocate resources efficiently. Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.
