About the Role:
- We are looking for a mid-level UX Designer to shape and optimize our marketing website.
- You will take creative briefs, develop a strong point of view on design direction, and validate decisions with data.
- You will help bring AI-informed strategies into our design systems work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize intuitive, visual, conversion-focused experiences for digital touchpoints.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate design hypotheses.
- Use user research, analytics, heatmaps, and session replay to identify opportunities and refine UX/UI.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven design decisions and strong visual UI skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with A/B testing and heatmapping tools.
