Own UX activities from discovery through validated design for assigned AI Forge capabilities and workflows.
Translate complex software-lifecycle activities into usable product experiences.
Design human-AI interactions that clearly communicate system status, sources, assumptions, confidence, limitations, and recommended next actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in UX or related field, with three or more years of professional UX experience for complex digital products.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Proficiency with Figma, experience in enterprise or developer applications, and ability to explain design decisions using evidence.
