Accountabilities:
- Own UX/UI design execution across digital commerce experiences, including subscription selection, checkout flows, product pages, onboarding journeys, and core website experiences.
- Conduct customer research through interviews, usability studies, and concept testing to uncover insights and inform product decisions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX patterns to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both strong design craft and research-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, collaboration, and developer handoff.
- Experience using AI-powered design or prototyping tools to quickly test and validate ideas.
