Drive prompt-to-prototype workflows using Claude Design and Claude Code to translate user needs into functional prototypes.
Own end-to-end user experience for deployment, configuration, and accreditation workflows within the customer application.
Conduct user research with warfighters and commercial providers to validate design decisions and uncover pain points.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer for complex web applications or SaaS products.
Proficiency with Claude Design, Claude Code, and Figma for prompt-to-prototype workflows and design systems.
Familiarity with government compliance frameworks such as ATO, FedRAMP, or NIST 800-53.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary between $120,000 and $150,000, plus equity and discretionary bonus eligibility.
