About the Role:
- You'll shape and improve experiences across PadSplit's two-sided marketplace.
- You'll work on a growth-focused product team tackling meaningful problems for members and hosts.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end product design, including research, prototyping, and iteration.
- Drive product strategy by identifying opportunities and connecting customer needs to business outcomes.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of digital product design experience, ideally in marketplace or acquisition funnels.
- Strong UX research skills and fluency in tying design decisions to metrics and revenue.
- Expertise in Figma, A/B testing, and designing AI-powered features.
