Finance Manager

Help drive financial integrity and efficiency across the organization in a fully remote, fast-growing startup. You’ll manage and execute core accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will also lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, maintaining organized reconciliations and clean audit trails. Oversee payroll processing and compliance. Review, code, and reconcile transactions and reimbursements. Conduct revenue and expense analyses to support strategic financial decision-making. Manage compliance with standards, tax requirements, and policies. Collaborate cross-functionally to align budgets and build multi-year forecasts. Prepare reports for the leadership team and funder.
