About the Role:
- Lead the delivery of a high-conversion, self-service product for new B2B partner onboarding.
- Own the experimentation engine using Growthbook, enabling safe parallel A/B tests across frontend and backend ecosystems.
- Manage a hybrid squad of 6 engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, Kotlin (or Java), and AWS with the ability to code and review PRs.
- Strong background in microservices and micro-frontend architectures, with experience in feature-flagging tools like LaunchDarkly or Optimizely.
