Technical Leadership:
- Serve as architectural lead for data science, AI, ML, forecasting, and optimization engagements.
- Design and guide implementation using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
- Evaluate modeling approaches and ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and business-aligned.
Client Engagement:
- Lead discovery sessions to define goals, requirements, and success measures.
- Communicate complex concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support development of Statements of Work, proposals, and project plans.
Mentorship & Team Growth:
- Directly manage and mentor a Senior Data Scientist Consultant.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and technical guidance for professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative, curious, and high-accountability team culture.
