Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Technical Manager to lead our local technical operations. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of system, network, and database administrators.
The team will collaborate with our Global ServiceNow Team to deliver IT support for our customers. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a local team of IT professionals, acting as the primary liaison between the technical team and global ServiceNow support teams, ensuring SLAs and performance benchmarks are met, maintaining compliance with German and EU IT regulations and data protection laws, and representing the Berlin office in regional and global technical leadership meetings.
