Nurse Practitioner

Boulder Care is seeking Ohio-based Nurse Practitioners aligned with Harm Reduction principles and experienced in prescribing buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. This fully remote W2 position offers both full-time (1.0 FTE) and part-time (0.2–0.6 FTE) roles. The Nurse Practitioner works directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and empowers patients in their recovery journeys in coordination with the Care Team. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing ongoing care for individuals with complex SUDs and related comorbidities; incorporating harm reduction practices; and coordinating with Medical Directors/Clinical Leadership to develop and oversee treatment plans. The position also involves administrative tasks such as participating in meetings and providing feedback to improve digital treatment platforms.
