Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and support the payroll team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll-related questions.
- Analyze payroll data and prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of payroll experience, including managing a payroll team.
- Experience with multi-state payroll tax jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax laws.
