What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast customer implementations.
- Design post-sales solutions, optimize tools, and create playbooks to speed onboarding.
- Triage technical issues and partner with Sales and customer engineering teams.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent, 3+ years in solutions engineering or architecture.
- Strong communicator with experience in APIs, SDKs, and crypto/fintech.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
