Role Overview:
- Own and evolve our end-to-end payments and checkout platform across mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web.
- Ensure fans can pay how they want, move through checkout with confidence, and complete transactions quickly and securely.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Operations, and Risk.
What You’ll Do:
- Select and manage key backend payments infrastructure partners, including orchestration tools, payment service providers (PSPs), and fraud vendors.
- Develop a deep understanding of transaction performance, authorization rates, fraud trends, and failure modes to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations to ensure our ecommerce platform is scalable, resilient, and optimized for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing payment service providers, orchestration layers, or fraud solutions in high-scale consumer environments.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, driving strategy and execution across highly cross-functional domains.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance customer experience, risk, and business performance.
