Identify opportunities for new templates based on platform capabilities and customer feedback.
Support implementation and customer success teams with template-related questions.

About You:

You enjoy designing practical automations that solve real operational challenges.
You take pride in clean configurations, thorough testing, and accurate documentation.
You quickly adapt to new platform capabilities and technologies.

About Your Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation or integration platforms.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.
