Job Description
- Strategic Product Leadership: Own the product vision and strategy for Life Safety, drive platform innovation in location-based safety, and anticipate market shifts in safety technologies.
- Portfolio & Roadmap Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for personal safety devices, define and execute roadmaps that balance value delivery with long-term growth, and ensure portfolio alignment with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with other PMs, partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, and lead scrum teams dedicated to Life Safety and Personal Safety components.
- Customer & Market Insights: Develop deep understanding of customer needs, partner with customer-facing teams to validate use cases, and stay ahead of regulatory, compliance, and safety standards.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define metrics to measure adoption and safety outcomes, use analytics to prioritize features, and influence organizational priorities by articulating the impact of life safety initiatives.
