QA Manager

This role involves leading the quality engineering strategy across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) and evolving the QA practice from manual testing to automation-first. As the QA Manager, you will lead a team of both manual and automation engineers and will shape the performance, scalability, and reliability of our SaaS platform. A key initiative is to establish scalable processes aligned with CI/CD and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities include creating a quality strategy, driving quality excellence across development teams, establishing quality standards, and owning the automation maturity roadmap. You will also define quality metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive root cause analysis. Ensuring quality integration across software delivery processes through partnership with various teams is crucial. This includes integrating automated tests into CI pipelines, providing coaching, and maintaining documentation of quality processes.
