Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise internal and external staff conducting fraud and complaint investigations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to automate tasks and boost productivity.
  • Create comprehensive investigative reports and maintain procedure documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of fraud investigation experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of lending regulations including FCRA, FDCPA, SCRA, and Reg Z.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Snowflake, SQL, and Emailage.
