Product Manager (TaxCare)

Role:

• Shape the product vision and define KPIs aligned with company goals, prioritizing client needs through research and monitoring satisfaction.
• Translate the vision into actionable tasks for the development team and coordinate with stakeholders for successful launches.
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead and use data-driven metrics to justify decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years in taxation, financial reporting, or operations within FinTech, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Practical knowledge of capital gains taxation and tax withholding obligations, including familiarity with Polish PIT-8C form.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role on IT/financial projects, with end-to-end project management skills.
