New Product Manager - Internal Product (Tax)

Your Role:

• Your mission is to build and operate systems, vendor relationships, and processes.
• Also keep Alpaca accurate, compliant, and on time across every tax obligation.
• Focus on scaling tax operations reliably as Alpaca adds new assets, accounts and institutions

Things You Get To Do:

• You will own tax reporting end-to-end by driving the product roadmap for IRS reporting.
• You will define timelines, acceptance criteria, and quality gates.
• You will also manage vendors, meet critical tax deadlines and scale for new products.

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

• You should have deep working knowledge of US brokerage tax reporting.
• Proven track record in Product Management or technical program management roles.
• Comfortable working with data systems, understanding file formats, and partnering with engineers.
