Your Mission:
- Build a portfolio of financial products and benefits that follows our 290,000 members from school into their careers.
- Own the expansion of new products from the first market question through to the first cohort of members using it.
- Select partners, build the case, and run the launch end to end.
What You'll Do:
- Launch new products and member benefits end to end, sizing the opportunity, selecting partners, and shipping the plan.
- Own the analysis behind decisions that leadership acts on, including unit economics and market sizing.
- Carry our largest partnerships, managing distribution and integration relationships so they compound.
What We Offer:
- Compensation of $115,000 to $140,000 plus variable compensation tied to performance.
